GELLIFIQUE ™ POINTS

We hope everyone had a great start to the week. To welcome the cool month of October we are making a few changes which are due to take place in the next 24 hours and are delighted to introduce the Gellifique ™ Loyalty Reward Points System.

There is nothing spooky about these changes and it is simply a fantastic opportunity for us to thank all of you for your loyalty as so many of you have been with us since the very start.
So let's dive into the new changes and see what our loyalty programme is all about.

Our new system is very similar to that of many mega retail chains and it offers a true reward programme for our loyal customers by awarding 1 point for £1 you spend.

The key changes that will take place tomorrow at GMT 9:00 am are:

• a new option in your account
• a reduction of all prices by 10% means you will not see the Pro discount at the checkout
• your account is credited 500 points today

A new option " My Loyalty Points " has been added to your user account.

Every time you shop with us you will see the points you earn and can decide whether or not it's worth to add a few more products to your current order to benefit from our bulk discounts as well as earn points which can be redeemed with your next order.

The Gellifique™ Loyalty Points Section will display a detailed overview of your point summary and other relevant information.

Once our showroom in Edinburgh is open you will be able to collect double points every time you collect your order in-store.

Each existing Gellifique ™ customer can introduce a friend by sharing a link available in their Loyalty Rewards Section and both you and your friend will receive 500 points each.

A 500 points birthday treat each year.

Most importantly you can REDEEM your collected points once you have a minim of 1000 points on any product, equivalent to the same value i.e. £10.
