CARBIDE DRILL BITS

These drill bits are made out of high hardness Tungsten carbide which equips it with a long term service life and simple maintenance. The burs do not get easily clogged with material and can be used to remove artificial materials of any coating density used in the nail enhancements.

Tungsten carbide burs also have high anti-corrosion properties which means they can be treated with various antiseptic fluids as well as sterilised in autoclave and dry ovens.

These are available in three different grits and sizes to suit your product removal service.

! PRO TIP Your selection will depend on the type of E-file training you have received and most commonly performed services. i.e. for acrylics removal you would opt for the MINT coloured, coarse grit Carbide drill bit.

DIAMOND DRILL BITS

You may see these types of drill bits freely available from many brands and although they all may look the same there is a few big differences in the Staleks® diamond drill bits compared to the competition.

Together with leading experts and its in house technology Staleks® carefully monitors the following important factors and for a good reason:

  • Compliance with the industry recognised standards for applying diamond coating – so that it is even, without gaps or clustering. It ensures the efficiency of the manicure and the absence of hangnails;
  • Furthermore, it ensures a "Radial Runout" i.e. centering of the nail drill bit which ensures its ability to remain perfectly even at high speeds.
  • All Staleks® drill bits are checked with specialised equipment ensuring that during the operation of the E - file the nail drill bit does not “skew” and adversely affect the work of the machine. An decentralised nail drill bit can break the handle of the machine.
  • Only high-quality materials are used in the Staleks® production (diamond crumbs and medical grade steel 40X13) and like with all of it's PRO tools the nail drill bits can to be properly disinfected and sterilized at an internationally recognised level.
